Issued as part of the Comme des Garçons Spring/Summer 2012 distribution materials, this rare single-sheet flyer is numbered 41 in the collaborative series with photographer René Burri (1933–2014). Distributed in limited numbers and never commercially sold, it reflects Comme des Garçons’ practice of merging avant-garde fashion communication with art photography. A scarce piece of ephemeral material at the intersection of contemporary fashion and 20th-century documentary photography.
