Completion of payment constitutes full acceptance of the item and of all applicable commercial policies.

Due to the nature of our practice, including limited availability items, archival pieces, curated inventory, and appointment-based operations, the company reserves the absolute right to refuse any request that falls outside the scope of the policies formally established and communicated to the client.

The company further reserves the right to deny service, refuse appointments, limit transactions, cancel orders, or restrict access to its services or platforms at its sole discretion whenever necessary to preserve operational integrity, security, legal compliance, or business interests.

All original content produced directly by the company, including proprietary branding elements, original graphic materials, website design, written texts, commissioned photography, and internally developed visual communications, remains protected under applicable intellectual property and commercial use regulations.

The company does not claim ownership over third-party books, publications, artworks, images, or materials presented, distributed, or sold through its platforms, all respective rights remaining with their original authors, publishers, artists, or rights holders.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, impersonation, or commercial misuse of the company’s identity, branding, operational materials, or original content without prior written authorization may be subject to legal review and corresponding action where applicable.

The company shall not be held liable for delays, losses, damages, customs procedures, carrier-related incidents, technical interruptions, force majeure events, or any circumstance beyond its direct and reasonable control.

By engaging with the company and completing a transaction, the client confirms having read, understood, and fully accepted all legal terms, policies, and conditions without exception.
