Refund policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our operations, the limited availability of our inventory, and the appointment-based structure of our studio, we do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, store credits, or exchanges under any circumstances once a purchase has been completed.

This policy applies to all purchases made in person, through private appointments, direct invoices, social media transactions, and through our website or any digital sales channel operated by the company.

Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all product descriptions, measurements, images, specifications, conditions, and shipping information prior to completing a purchase. We strongly encourage all clients to ensure that their selection has been thoughtfully considered before finalizing payment.

For in-person visits, appointments are conducted privately and by reservation only in order to provide clients with adequate time and attention to evaluate items before making a purchasing decision. For online purchases, the client acknowledges and accepts all information provided at the time of checkout.

Many of the items offered by the company include curated publications, archival materials, collectible objects, limited pieces, vintage items, imported goods, and independently sourced inventory. As a result, all items are sold strictly as-is and are considered non-returnable and non-exchangeable once sold.

The company does not accept refund or exchange requests based on personal preference, change of mind, sizing expectations, collector decisions, shipping times, customs delays, minor variations, packaging conditions caused during transit, or subjective interpretation of product condition.

In the event that an issue is determined exclusively and directly attributable to an error on the company’s part, the matter may be reviewed internally at our sole discretion. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval, compensation, replacement, or exception to this policy.

The company reserves the right to refuse any claim, request, dispute, chargeback, or exception that does not comply with the policies and terms formally established herein.

By completing a purchase through any of our channels, the client confirms having read, understood, and accepted this Refund Policy in full.
